Staci A. Cerrato brings more than 30 years of experience to her residential real estate practice, serving clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. A graduate of Boston College Law School, she is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. Over the course of her career Staci has built a reputation for guiding clients through the often complex process of buying and selling homes with clarity, professionalism, and care. Attorney Cerrato’s work encompasses all aspects of residential real estate, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting and clearing title examinations, coordinating title insurance, and managing closings and settlements.
