Staci A. Cerrato brings more than 30 years of experience to her residential real estate practice, serving clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. A graduate of Boston College Law School, she is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. Over the course of her career Staci has built a reputation for guiding clients through the often complex process of buying and selling homes with clarity, professionalism, and care. She takes pride in ensuring that every transaction proceeds smoothly from the initial agreement to the final closing.

Attorney Cerrato’s work encompasses all aspects of residential real estate, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting and clearing title examinations, coordinating title insurance, and managing closings and settlements. Staci is particularly skilled at identifying potential risks early—such as liens, encumbrances, survey discrepancies, or zoning issues—and resolving them before they jeopardize a transaction. She also has extensive experience assisting clients with distressed property matters, such as short sales and bank-owned properties, as well as advising on landlord-tenant disputes, lease agreements, and easement or boundary concerns.

Her deep knowledge of local practices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, combined with her long-standing relationships with lenders, title examiners, surveyors, and municipal officials, allows her to provide the comprehensive support clients expect when dealing with one of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives.

Staci is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce, the Realtor Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, and South Shore Realtors, Inc. She lives in Raynham with her family, has a passion for pickleball, and enjoys cooking, reading, and taking long walks with her two dogs, Dunkin and Marylou.
