Attorney Paulo Tanasio is a licensed business law, commercial law, and real estate law attorney in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with over 24 years of experience representing clients in business, commercial, and real estate matters. His practice includes guiding clients through the purchase and sale of business entities, equity transactions, partnerships, entity selection, and formation. He also has extensive experience in structuring and securing financing for business acquisitions and ownership.
In real estate, Attorney Tanasio advises clients on a wide range of commercial and residential transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, development, and permitting. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, he brings a multicultural perspective and strong communication skills to his work, making complex legal concepts easy to understand. Paulo currently lives with his wife and children in Lincoln, RI. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is an avid soccer fan, often attending national tournaments where his children compete. He is an active member of the Clube Juventude Lusitana, a Portuguese social club in Cumberland, where he volunteers and serves as treasurer of the Portuguese school.
