Attorney Jonathan Lynch came to Percy Law Group from a very well respected Boston area real estate firm. He is a dedicated professional who embodies the concepts of professionalism, diligence and dedication to the needs of his clients. He clearly understands how important it is to be available and proactively communicate with his clients about their particular legal affairs. His long standing practice focuses on commercial real estate and residential real estate clients and all their legal needs including buying/selling, background due diligence, title matters, and real estate litigation. He has closed literally thousands of real estate transactions. His clients include many local real estate brokers/agents, commercial banks, credit unions and savings banks. His focus is always on fully understanding his clients’ needs and giving practical advice while creating and implementing the best possible path to success.

Attorney Lynch was born and raised in Duxbury, Massachusetts and currently resides with his family in Weymouth, Massachusetts. He graduated from our own local Stonehill College in 2009. Attorney Lynch then attended The University of New Hampshire School of Law where he excelled and then graduated in 2012.

Jon has a young family and enjoys sharing in the joys of raising children. He firmly believes in giving back to his communities, and he currently sits on the Weymouth Zoning Board of Appeals.
