Attorney Percy was born in Braintree, Massachusetts and resides in Wrentham with his family. He is a cum laude graduate of Boston University and American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, he served as a Teaching Fellow and was a member of the Law Review Board. He has authored several publications and is a frequent lecturer on matters related to real estate and business law.

His practice is concentrated in real estate and business matters of varying complexity, where he advises clients on transactions, regulatory considerations, and long-term planning. He is widely recognized for his practical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex legal issues efficiently.

Attorney Percy is also actively engaged in community service. He has supported numerous charitable and civic organizations and has served on the Boards of Directors of several institutions, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the communities served by the firm.
