Attorney Percy is the founding member of the firm. He established the practice with an emphasis on providing the highest quality of legal services to individuals and companies, always with a focus on providing superior service and achieving best possible results. Attorney Percy has always believed that effective lawyers achieve the best possible result for their individual or business clients, and do so in a responsive manner for a fair and reasonable fee.

Attorney Percy was born in Braintree, Massachusetts and currently resides with his family in Wrentham, Massachusetts. He is a cum laude graduate of Boston University and American University College of Law and he has published several works. His practice focuses on real estate and business matters of all varieties and levels of complexity. He regularly lectures on various matters pertaining to his practice areas.
Attorney Percy supports a variety of community service organizations and has sat on the Board of Directors for many of them. He strongly believes in giving back to the communities served by the firm.
