Bio
Kelly M. Goncalves brings nearly 25 years of legal experience to her position as Operations Manager here at Percy Law Group, PC. Kelly has a passion for providing efficient and client-focused support to the firm’s many and varied individual and entity clients. She guides the efforts of our attorneys and staff helping to manage all aspects of the practice, from billing and bookkeeping to human resources and marketing. She excels at creating a positive, inspiring work environment and stays focused on cultivating excellent relationships with both new and long standing clients and business partners. Every day she brings her “A” game to her varied tasks in solving problems and ensuring our clients feel valued while being treated with professionalism, empathy and respect.
Kelly graduated of Merrimack College in 2000, and speaks fluent Portuguese. She resides in Dighton, Massachusetts with her amazing family.
